水灾与浓雾 Flooded Village and Foggy Road

People across Albania, Bosnia, Serbia and Montenegro have struggled with a torrent of floods  that experts have called the worst in a century. Authorities in Serbia and Montenegro had to evacuate thousands of people from flooded villages.
